This Shipping & Delivery Policy tells you how orders made on https://foxboxhome.com/ are handled, sent out, and delivered.


1. Ways to ship

We use third-party shipping and logistics companies to send all orders. We don't have our own delivery trucks and don't do deliveries ourselves.

The choice of carrier may depend on:

2. Time it takes to process an order

We do everything we can to quickly process orders after payment has been confirmed and get products ready for shipping as soon as possible.

The time it takes to process may vary based on:

  • availability of the product
  • amount of orders
  • demand by season
The time it takes to process an order does not include the time it takes to deliver it.

3. Processing and delivery timeframes

Order processing

After your payment is confirmed, please allow 7–21 business days for your order to be prepared and handed to the carrier. Processing times may be longer during busy periods or when product availability is limited.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times to your region are:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may take longer depending on the carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.

Total estimated timeframe

The total time from placing your order to receiving it is the processing time plus the delivery time. For example, an order to the UK could take up to 9 weeks in total during busy periods.


4. Timeframes for delivery

The delivery times given on the website or in communication are just estimates. The actual delivery time depends on:

  • clearance through customs (if needed)

5. Who is responsible while transporting

When the goods are packed up and given to the shipping company and confirmation of shipment is sent, the transport company is in charge of getting the goods to the right place, handling them, and delivering them.

Foxbox is not responsible for:

  • delays in delivery
  • damage caused by transportation
  • delivery failed because the address was wrong or the recipient wasn't available

6. Getting the package

The customer is in charge of being at the delivery address and making sure delivery trucks can get to the right place.

When the package arrives, the customer must:

  • check the packaging and the items
  • tell the carrier right away if you see any damage
  • follow the carrier's instructions for writing down any problems
Not reporting damage at the time of delivery may limit or eliminate options for compensation.

7. Deliveries that are big and on pallets

Some items are sent on pallets or as big or heavy items. The customer is responsible for:

  • making sure there is enough room to unload
  • giving the right tools or help if needed

Delivery usually doesn't include help with unloading unless you agree to it ahead of time.


8. Costs of shipping

Costs of shipping are figured out separately based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The customer is responsible for any extra costs that the carrier asks for, such as for:

  • remote locations
  • limited access
  • special handling

9. Deliveries to other countries

For shipments to other countries:

  • there may be customs procedures that need to be followed
  • local governments may charge extra taxes, duties, or fees
Foxbox does not control these charges — they are the customer's responsibility.
