Returns and Refunds

This Returns and Refunds Policy tells you when you can return items you bought from https://foxboxhome.com/ and when you can get your money back.
1. Right to cancel (for consumers in the EU and UK)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and buy something, you can change your mind within 14 days of getting it without giving a reason.
You must tell us in writing within this time frame if you want to exercise your right to withdraw.
2. Rules for returns
Returned items must:
not be used
be taken apart
be in the packaging they came in
include all parts, tools, and instructions
You might not be able to get your money back for products that show signs of use, assembly, modification, or damage.
3. Products that you put together yourself
Foxbox only sells DIY products.
After a product has been:
put together
put together in part
changed
It is thought to be used and may not be able to be returned or refunded, unless the item is broken.
4. Shipping back
If the return is not because of a confirmed mistake or defect on our part:
Customers are in charge of paying for return shipping.
The customer is in charge of finding safe transportation for the return.
For returns, we recommend using shipping that is insured and can be tracked.
5. Check and give the go-ahead
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
We reserve the right to:
refuse a return that does not meet the conditions
apply a partial refund if the product value has been reduced
6. Refunds
If a return is accepted:
refunds will be issued using the original payment method
refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
products that have been assembled or used
products damaged due to improper handling or installation
custom-made or special-order items
products returned incomplete or without original packaging
8. Damaged or defective products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
you must report the issue immediately upon delivery
damage caused during transport must be reported to the carrier at delivery
photographic documentation may be required
Claims submitted after delivery acceptance or without proper documentation may be rejected.
