In-House Manufacturing

Every part — from the profile to the fastener — is made by us. We control dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and joint reliability at every step. Full production control isn't a marketing claim. It's why we can stand behind every structure we ship.

Bending Without Welding

Our know-how: CNC bending technology with no welding and no cutting. No sharp edges, no weld-zone corrosion. The galvanised coating stays intact where welding would destroy it — giving you the highest zinc protection class throughout the entire structure.

Exclusive Models

A 4×4 m modular design that extends with universal 2 m sections to any length. No one else in Europe makes a greenhouse like this. Every order arrives as a complete kit — brackets, doors, arches, horizontal profiles, polycarbonate. Nothing left to source separately.

Crop Protection

A metal greenhouse with polycarbonate panels guards against late frosts and shields plants from intense summer sun. If you want a predictable harvest, you need reliable protection — and that starts with the right structure.

How We Build Greenhouses

From raw steel
to finished greenhouse

Step 01 — Steel

We start with tube stock at the highest available galvanisation class. The foundation determines everything — no compromises at the source.

Step 02 — CNC Bending

Parts are shaped on a CNC bending machine. Precision is consistent across every batch. No cuts, no welds, no damage to the zinc coating.

Step 03 — Assembly

Components are joined using our proprietary weld-free connection method. Load is distributed evenly across the whole structure — no weak points at the joints.

Step 04 — Packing & Dispatch

Every element is wrapped in protective film and cardboard. The parcel contains everything: fasteners, doors, arches, profiles, polycarbonate. Ready to assemble on arrival.
